A couple of people have asked for my thesis, so here it is. It is available in TeX, DVI, Postscript or PDF.
Note that, due to the way I chose to write the TeX, there are a number of oddities about the way the thesis appears.
mssymb, from the AMSTeX library. If you do not
have such a thing, but you want to TeX the thesis, grab my mssymb.tex instead. It contains the bare
minimum of definitions to get the thesis through TeX.
This is possibly the most boring collection of pictures on the web, but I'm sure someone will prove me wrong.
